Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management or Industrial Management.
10+ years in manufacturing with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
Broad knowledge of manufacturing methods, production planning, employee relations, and cost controls.
Strong leadership, communication and analytical abilities.
Proficiency with spreadsheet programs.

Responsibilities

Directs manufacture and assembly at optimum costs with quality standards.
Meet scheduled delivery dates with minimal WIP and efficient use of resources.
Develops cost, scrap, and rework programs to improve EBIT.
Controls quality, cost, inventory, shipping and receiving.
