Talent With Heart seeks a Plant Manager in Storm Lake, IA to lead shop floor operations and achieve production goals with quality and timeliness. You will drive cost control, scheduling, and maintenance management while maximizing EBIT and ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

The role requires a engineering/business degree and 10+ years of manufacturing experience, including 4+ years in a supervisory capacity, plus strong leadership and analytical skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management or Industrial Management.
• 10+ years manufacturing experience with at least 4 years in a higher-level supervisory role.
• Broad knowledge of manufacturing methods, production planning, employee relations, and cost controls.
• Demonstrable ability to assess, utilize and develop personnel.
• Ability to communicate, motivate, and lead at all levels.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking; balance multiple priorities.
• PC literate and proficient with spreadsheet programs.

Responsabilidades

• Directs the manufacture and assembly of products at optimum cost with quality standards.
• Meeting scheduled delivery dates with minimal WIP; optimize use of people and equipment.
• Develops cost, scrap, rework reduction programs to improve EBIT.
• Controls production cost, inventory, and shipping through subordinates.
• Directs policies and applies them to plant operations.
• Coordinates manufacturing schedules based on sales and capacity.
• Ensures availability of raw materials for optimum efficiency.
• Reviews machinery and capital equipment recommendations.
• Oversees maintenance, security, and plant protection.
• Involves in personnel policies, labor relations, and union considerations where applicable.
• Supports communications and conveys directives to the shop floor.
• Ensures compliance with environmental requirements and laws.
