Clayton Manufacturing is seeking a General Manager to lead and manage the facility supporting production, distribution, safety, and quality. The role focuses on productivity, cost control, and profitability across operations, with an emphasis on building leadership capability and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5 years of P&L experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in production management, with at least two in a manufacturing management position.

Responsibilities

• Develop staff leaders to guide plants and supporting organizations.
• Coordinate with customers, functional leaders, and staff to meet requirements.
• Lead the establishment and attainment of plant goals in quality, cost, schedule, compliance, and safety.
• Establish and maintain the plant vision for success.
• Lead strategic decision-making and problem-solving across functions.
