Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Dover, DE seeks a Process Owner to oversee day‑to‑day 3‑shift operations in a 24‑hour facility. You will lead safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvements while ensuring KHMS and QRMP compliance.

You will coach a frontline team, manage performance, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to meet KPIs and cost targets. Flexible hours and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Associate or bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Experience in leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and KPI tracking.
• Knowledge of plant document control procedures and record-keeping.
• Ability to write and understand WIs, SOPs, and OPLs.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations across 3 shifts in a 24-hour facility.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team to meet safety, quality, productivity, and cost goals.
• Ensure compliance with KHMS, QRMP, EHS, HACCP, 5S and housekeeping procedures.
• Manage throughput, yield, labor costs, and asset utilization.
• Lead planning, PDCA, DPM, and daily Level 2 meetings; drive improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and develop team members and promote accountability.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to achieve plant goals.
