Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Production Supervisor at the Ada Cement Plant in Oklahoma to lead daily manufacturing operations and maintain safety and quality standards. This role requires supervising process and hourly staff and collaborating with quality teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality product.

The successful candidate will use SAP for operational tasks and participate in cost control while working rotating shifts in a dynamic industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years in aggregate manufacturing or related industry.
• Manufacturing operation experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support safety program compliance for daily operations.
• Supervise process and hourly employees; coordinate with lab technicians.
• Ensure quality and ISO standards are met and reviewed with QA.
• Review laboratory results to assure clinker/cement quality.
• Utilize SAP for work orders, material requisitions, and time entry.
• Control costs to align with the plant budget and seek cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safe work environment.
• Work rotating shifts as required.
