CRH Montana Materials & Construction is seeking an entry-level plant operator to assist with daily operations and maintenance at our Montana sites. We offer training to grow into new roles while developing essential skills for the plant environment.

Starting wage is $19+ per hour DOE, with potential overtime. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k with company match, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for internal mobility and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently within designed parameters.
• Keep work areas clean around the plant.
• Shovel excess materials around conveyors to reduce buildup.
• Operate skid steer.
• Perform general maintenance duties (oil, grease).
• Assist other departments with maintenance and operations as needed.
• Communicate any material flaws to supervisors.
• Avoid hazards or obstructions.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Promote an inclusive work environment.
