Montana Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking an entry-level Plant Laborer to support daily plant operations and maintenance at our Helena, MT site. We offer on-the-job training, overtime potential, and growth into other departments.

Starting wage is $19 per hour with DOE; duties include general cleanup, safe operation of equipment, and maintenance tasks. Benefits include PTO, 401k with Roth option, profit sharing, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and operate a variety of tasks and equipment.
• Ability to work independently with a positive attitude.
• Safety minded with good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends/holidays.
• Pass pre-employment physical and drug testing.
• Must have current US authorization to work.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clean working areas around plant.
• Shovel excess materials from conveyors and other areas.
• Perform general maintenance (oiling, greasing) as assigned.
• Assist other departments with maintenance, operations or other duties.
• Communicate with supervisors about material issues.
• Take action to avoid hazards or obstructions.
• Maintain regular and timely attendance.
• Promote an inclusive work environment.
