Montana Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is hiring a Plant Laborer to join our production team in Great Falls, MT. You’ll assist with daily plant operation and maintenance, learn multiple tasks, and grow into new roles over time.

Starting wage is $19+ per hour, DOE, with potential overtime. This entry-level role offers benefits, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for internal mobility and professional development.

Qualifications

• Desire to grow and learn across a variety of tasks and equipment.
• Ability to work independently with a positive attitude.
• Safety minded professional with reliable performance and attendance.
• Willingness to work overtime and during peak times, including weekends.
• Ability to follow OSHA/MSHA/DOT rules and company regulations.
• Must pass pre-employment physical exam and drug testing.
• Must have current US work authorization or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently within designed parameters.
• Maintain clean work areas around the plant.
• Shovel excess materials from conveyors and areas with buildup.
• Perform routine maintenance like oiling and greasing.
• Assist other departments with maintenance or operations as needed.
• Communicate material issues to supervisors promptly.
• Avoid hazards and obstructions and ensure safety.
• Maintain regular and timely attendance.
• Support an inclusive work environment.
