Qualifications

• Must be willing to learn and perform a variety of tasks and operate equipment.
• Ability to work independently with a positive attitude.
• Safety minded with good attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work overtime and weekends/holidays as needed.
• Ability to comply with OSHA, MSHA, DOT and all company/state rules.
• Must pass pre-employment physical exam and drug testing.
• Must have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently within design parameters.
• Maintain clean plant areas and surrounding spaces.
• Shovel excess materials from conveyors and related areas.
• Operate skid steer.
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Assist other departments to meet business needs.
• Communicate any material flaws to supervisors.
• Identify and avoid hazards or obstructions.
• Maintain regular and timely attendance.
• Support an inclusive work environment.
