Job summary

Montana Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a loader operator to ensure the steady supply of materials to the asphalt plant, trucks and related areas. You will work outdoors, operate equipment, and contribute to building projects. Training is provided to help you succeed, with overtime potential for motivated individuals.

Starting wage is $20+ per hour with DOE, and additional company benefits and opportunities for advancement are available as you grow with us.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment physical exam and drug testing.
• Must have current US Authorization to work.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends/holidays.
• Must conform to OSHA, MSHA, DOT rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader safely and efficiently.
• Ensure supply of materials for asphalt plant and crusher.
• Load trucks with proper materials for delivery.
• Maintain loader parts and perform basic maintenance.
• Keep equipment and site clean and organized.
• Assist other departments as needed to meet business needs.
• Report material or equipment flaws to supervisors.
• Take action to avoid hazards and obstructions.
• Maintain regular and timely attendance.
• Promote an inclusive work environment.
