Core Linen Services is a leader in hospital and hospitality laundry processing services across the country. Our focus is on service, quality, and safety, which enable our clients to provide essential services to their patients and guests. The company operates in over 20 states and is a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, based in Miami, FL.

Shift Hours: 6pm-2:30am

Summary:

Ensure customer deliveries are made accurately, timely, and within set time parameters. Perform job duties safely and courteously while maintaining an unblemished driving record. Adhere to all company and DOT requirements, including daily documentation.

• Follow all Core Linen Services policies as stated in the employee handbook.
• Wear uniform and maintain a neat appearance daily.
• Adhere to attendance policy.
• Keep company equipment organized and in good condition.
• Report mechanical issues promptly to the chief engineer.
• Follow all universal precautions and procedures on soil side.
• Maintain proper DOT documentation and certification.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Report customer service and satisfaction issues.

Qualifications:

Must be able to work second shift from 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM, including weekends and possibly holidays. Maintain a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license. Pass DOT physical, drug screening, and MVR background check. Able to lift 50 lbs. and push/pull a 700 lbs. wheeled cart.

• Load and unload linen carts at company and customer locations, tagging each accordingly.
• Complete all required paperwork/logs daily.
• Weigh soil in under the correct customer label and deliver to the soil room.
• Disinfect vehicles after each soil pickup.
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and orderliness.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Submit a daily Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection Report.
• Perform accurate and timely customer deliveries.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
