Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Plant Maintenance Engineer in Georgia to lead predictive maintenance programs and support capital projects. You will collaborate with safety committees and production to maintain a safe, efficient facility.

The ideal candidate has 3–10 years in industrial engineering, strong troubleshooting skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD/SolidWorks. A Mechanical Engineering degree is required, along with OSHA safety knowledge.

Competenze

• 3–10 years of experience in an engineering role in a plant.
• Project management experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience with predictive maintenance principles and systems.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and structural drawings.
• Knowledge of OSHA 1910 safety standards.

Mansioni

• Support and drive plantwide predictive maintenance programs.
• Support and manage capital improvement projects.
• Assist in managing maintenance activities in the plant.
• Work with Plant Safety Steering Committee to ensure a safe workplace.
• Assist in root cause analysis and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Maintain spare parts and inventory.
• Ensure required training is scheduled and performed.
• Maintain ISO QMS and EMS certifications and conduct internal audits.
• Manage outside contractors' performance.
