The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 10+ years in manufacturing, and 5+ years in leadership or management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of leadership or management experience within engineering, technical operations, or manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all engineering activities to support manufacturing operations and business objectives.
• Direct facility expansion projects, capacity improvement initiatives, and capital investments.
• Oversee evaluation, procurement, installation, and startup of new equipment, technologies, and processes.
• Provide engineering support to improve reliability, efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
