Job summary

Cesna Recruitment is seeking an experienced maintenance/engineering professional for a plant role in Tennessee. The position focuses on supporting predictive maintenance programs, guiding capital improvement projects, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure reliable plant operations.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree and 3–10 years of plant experience, with emphasis on troubleshooting, safety, and documentation. Strong communication and drafting skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience with industrial maintenance and engineering in a plant environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and structural drawings.
  • Proficiency with predictive maintenance tools (IR scanners, vibration analyzers).
  • Experience with PLCs, load cells, NG fired burner systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support and drive plantwide predictive maintenance programs.
  • Support and manage capital improvement projects.
  • Assist in managing maintenance activities in the plant.
  • Ensure a safe workplace with the Plant Safety Steering Committee and production.
  • Maintain spare parts inventory and training schedules.
  • Help maintain ISO QMS and EMS certifications and perform internal audits.
  • Oversee outside contractors to ensure project completion.
