The ideal candidate holds a four-year Mechanical Engineering degree, has at least four years in industrial maintenance, and at least two years in supervision.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven safety record and high safety awareness.
• Industrial mechanical maintenance experience – minimum of 4 years.
• Supervisor experience – minimum 2 years.
• Root cause analysis and problem solving skills.
• Well organized, with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented.
