Pratt Industries, Inc. in Georgia seeks a Maintenance/Project Engineer to maintain and update drawings and to lead capital and maintenance projects, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.

The role includes on-call responsibility for the mechanical department, development of maintenance procedures and quality specifications, and support for maintenance troubleshooting, technical growth, and training of mill personnel. Safety and reliability enhancements are key focuses.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering with a mechanical focus is preferred.
• Industrial experience in pulp and paper is desirable.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems including pumps, gearboxes, lubrication, vibration, piping, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and thermal systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

• Assist with Root Cause Failure Analysis & Develop Corrective Solution
