Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to the manufacturing shop floor teams.
• Promote manufacturing excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Lead continuous improvement in plant performance metrics (quality, productivity, cycle time, delivery, cash flow).
• Develop budget, strategic plans, and team goals aligned with BU objectives.
• Drive cost reductions and implement lean initiatives to reduce WIP and cycle time.
• Ensure safety of all employees and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Mentor and develop plant leaders, supervisors, and support personnel.
