Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead manufacturing excellence, focusing on quality, productivity, and on-time delivery, while driving continuous improvement across the plant.

You will manage hourly and manufacturing support staff, set goals, and align resources with BU objectives. The role requires 7+ years in leadership, a BA/BS, lean/six sigma expertise, and strong financial literacy.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years in leadership roles; 3+ years as direct supervisor.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Mansioni

• Follow safety regulations and department safety requirements.
• Manage OEE and production value added by department.
• Set daily targets for shipments and monitor profit/revenue.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
• Improve manufacturing planning, execution, and shop floor discipline.
