Job summary

Howmet Aerospace is seeking a Plant Manager to lead a manufacturing plant and drive operational excellence. The role partners with the Leadership Team to translate business strategy into actionable plans, directing activities to meet budgets and customer needs.

The position requires 10 years of leadership, 3 years of P&L experience, and full mobility to manage multiple locations. ITAR considerations apply and on-site plant operations are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; travel/mobile work as needed.
• 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing environment.
• 3 years of P&L management responsibility.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Maintains high ethics and values in the workplace.
• Ensures compliance with all EHS rules for the operation.
• Manages Employee Engagement through meetings and communications.
• Develops and executes strategic plans with Operations leadership.
• Oversees engineering, manufacturing, quality control, and maintenance functions.
• Directs monthly business reviews with Senior Management.
