The role emphasizes safety, lean initiatives, and continuous improvement to meet customer expectations. Located on-site in Morristown, the candidate will oversee budgeting, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration while developing talent and ensuring delivery performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in leadership roles; 3 of the 7 years must be as a direct supervisor.
• Willing to relocate to other company locations to support career development and business requirements.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available for this position.
• Access to export-controlled items; offers conditioned upon ability to lawfully obtain access.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to manufacturing shop floor teams and promote manufacturing excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement in plant performance: quality, productivity, cycle time, delivery, and cash flow.
• Ensure safety through adherence to regulations and safe work environment; lead safety initiatives.
• Improve planning, execution, and shop floor discipline; reduce waste and non-value-added activities.
• Lead ABS and lean initiatives; drive standard work and capacity analyses.
• Develop and train supervisors and team leaders for growth and performance.
