The role emphasizes safety, lean practices, and continuous improvement across the plant, with accountability for productivity, quality, cycle time, and delivery.

The position requires strong leadership, 7+ years in management, and a track record of driving cost reductions and process improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; 7+ years in leadership roles with 3 as direct supervisor.
• BA/BS in Business Administration or Engineering preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Experience in investment casting/manufacturing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement.
• Direct hourly and manufacturing support teams; manage safety and productivity.
• Drive cost reductions, lean initiatives, and standard work across the plant.
• Develop budgets, plans, and objectives aligned with BU goals.
• Maintain strong internal and customer relations and ensure on-time shipments.
