Qualifications

• Develops and drives the plant manufacturing strategy to increase profits, customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
• Oversees targets and improvement actions to achieve cash flow and on-time, on-cost delivery.
• Leads manufacturing function and implements CAM standards and governance.
• Drives quality and productivity improvements to optimize costs.
• Ensures safety, environment, and regulatory compliance at the plant.
• Develops talent and builds a high-performing organization.
