Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the precast/prestressed concrete plant.
• Lead and develop production, yard, maintenance, and plant personnel.
• Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Monitor output, quality, efficiency, and costs.
• Ensure products meet project specs and quality standards.
• Coordinate raw material deliveries, inventory, and equipment.
