Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Newnan, GA is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the on-site manufacturing facility, champion safety, and drive production efficiency and cost control. You will align operations with sales, engineering, and transportation to meet customer requirements and maintain high quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership in a precast/concrete environment, with a focus on continuous improvement, staffing, and process optimization to support on-time delivery and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6+ years in a leadership role in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience with precast/concrete or building materials is a plus.
• Proven track record of driving continuous improvement at the plant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and environmental practices on site; lead by example.
• Lead production scheduling to meet customer needs and timely delivery.
• Develop focus on customer service and proactive team communication.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure proper drawings are used in manufacturing.
• Procure materials and services to operate the facility effectively.
• Hire, supervise, orient, train and retain operations staff.
• Maintain a clean, tour-ready workplace.
• Read drawings to plan production tasks and coach staff.
• Operate or oversee use of plant equipment; coach teams in safe use.
• Lead and coach leadership through meetings and Huddles; manage inventories.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
