Job summary

United Concrete is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our precast concrete manufacturing facility. You will own safety, production, quality, and profitability while guiding a team of 8-10+ employees in daily operations.

Responsibilities include scheduling, batching, casting, curing, finishing, shipping, and maintaining OSHA/EPA compliance to meet PCI/NPCA specs and DOT standards. This position offers competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing management experience, including 3+ years in precast/prestressed concrete.
• Proven P&L and budget responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of concrete mix designs, formwork, reinforcing, and curing.
• Track record of improving safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Bonus points: PCI/NPCA certifications, Lean/Six Sigma, bilingual English/Spanish.
