Job summary

Elsdon Group, a well-established precast and prestressed concrete manufacturer based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join the team. The role focuses on ensuring product quality through testing, inspections, and documentation within a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete quality control, testing, and knowledge of concrete production processes. ACI certification is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control, concrete testing, construction materials, or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of concrete production and testing is highly desirable.
• Experience with precast or prestressed concrete is a strong advantage.
• ACI certification or other relevant concrete testing certifications is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control inspections and testing of precast and prestressed concrete products.
• Monitor production to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Document test results and inspection reports with accuracy.
• Identify defects and assist in corrective actions.
• Maintain calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.
