Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking a Production Manager to lead manufacturing and maintenance at our Stone Mountain, GA facility. The role emphasizes a strong safety culture and efficient production planning aligned with corporate goals.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage maintenance plans, and mentor staff to ensure reliable, compliant, and high-quality precast concrete operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma with 3+ years leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Experience coordinating production and maintenance to meet schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily/weekly production planning to meet schedules and budgets.
• Drive safety programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and asset reliability.
• Develop training plans for staff and lead succession efforts.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and sales to optimize plant performance.
• Oversee plant layout and workflow for safety and efficiency.
• Communicate production status and issues with scheduler.
