Graham Packaging in Tennessee is seeking a Plant Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations, safety, quality and customer service. You will direct personnel, optimize resources, and drive improvements across processes and cost efficiencies.

You will collaborate with sales, maintenance, and supply chain teams, oversee production planning, audits, and supplier relations, and manage strategic initiatives to meet short- and long-term company goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree and/or related plant management experience; or equivalent combination of education and related plant management experience is required.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in an operations supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated leadership skills strongly preferred.
• Six Sigma, Lean, and/or Kaizen experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversees safety initiatives and compliance with safety programs and policies.
• Leads plant quality initiatives through corrective actions and audits.
• Manages shift and staff development to meet organizational goals.
• Monitors operating statements and ensures costs stay within budgeted standards.
• Maintains relations with customers and identifies system improvements.
