Job summary

Graham Packaging seeks a Plant Manager in Missouri to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, safety, quality and customer service. You will lead staff, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement across departments to meet plant and company goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, and strong communication. Travel up to 25% may be required, with a focus on safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related plant management experience.
• Minimum five years in an operations supervisory/management role in manufacturing.
• Six Sigma, Lean or Kaizen experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforces safety, health, quality and company policies.
• Leads safety initiatives and training programs.
• Leads plant quality initiatives and corrective actions.
• Manages selection, training and development of staff.
• Oversees budgeting and cost control for departments.
• Maintains relationships with customers and identifies improvements.
• Drives continuous improvement across cross functional teams.
• Oversees production planning and inventory processes.
• Travels up to 25% as required.
