The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of operations leadership in manufacturing, Six Sigma/Lean experience, and excellent communication to drive continuous improvement and cost control across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years in operations supervisory/management in manufacturing.
• Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, and customer service in daily operations.
• Lead plant safety initiatives and safety training programs.
• Manage production planning to meet customer requirements.
• Develop budget and control costs across departments.
• Drive continuous improvement using Operation Excellence tools.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to maximize plant utilization.
