Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Production Manager to direct the Production Department, coordinating production activities to deliver quality products safely and cost-effectively. You will align production plans with scheduling, customer service requirements, and plant objectives, while enforcing safety, quality GMP, and company policies.

The role includes staff supervision, inventory oversight, and contributing to process improvements.

Competenze

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 5+ years in an operations supervisory/management role.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to lead, train and develop production staff and SOP adherence.

Mansioni

• Direct supervisors and personnel within the Production Department.
• Execute production schedule aligning with time, cost and quality targets.
• Enforce safety, GMP, and company policies across production teams.
• Oversee hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions for production staff.
• Travel up to 0-25% as required.
