Job summary

Lewisburg Patterson Company is seeking a Plant Manager to lead daily operations across multiple production platforms, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency. You will guide long term strategies, manage supervisors, and optimize cost with adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, proactive thinking, and accountability, with responsibilities expanded as required by LPC management in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of good manufacturing principles (GMP) and EH&S concepts.
• Strong leadership capabilities with integrity, equality and consistency.
• Excellent communication skills across all management levels.
• Ability to delegate and coordinate with production, maintenance, cost accounting and other ops functions.
• Ability to read and understand documents, manuals, memos and technical papers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce safety and environmental regulations across the plant.
• Provide production reporting to senior management for all departments.
• Develop and coach supervisors across production and related areas.
• Monitor and improve productivity, overtime, waste and on-time delivery within budget.
• Create and maintain OEM maintenance schedules and related records.
• Ensure safe operation procedures and lockout/tagout compliance.
• Drive equipment lifecycle programs and continuous process improvements.
• Oversee WIP and inventory control systems.
• Conduct periodic risk assessments and report findings to LPC officers.
