Job summary

4over's Ohio plant seeks a Plant Manager to oversee daily operations of a high-volume trade printing facility. You will lead prepress, pressroom, finishing, digital, shipping, maintenance, and partner with senior leadership to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.

The role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with lean manufacturing experience, strong safety focus, and proven ability to drive continuous improvement while managing budgets and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing multiple departments in a fast-paced print/production environment.
• Experience with P&L and budgeting in a manufacturing setting.
• Lean manufacturing background with process improvement experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and control activities of supervisors and hourly staff.
• Lead safety, quality, and production initiatives across departments.
• Manage plant budgets and coordinate with support functions.
• Drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, and delivery metrics.
• Provide training and development to staff and promote teamwork.
