LHH is seeking a Production Manager to lead a large-scale printing and plastics manufacturing operation in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement across multiple shifts.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of manufacturing leadership, direct printing leadership experience, and strong people leadership skills to drive performance, develop teams, and manage budgets in a plastics packaging setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Direct printing manufacturing leadership experience is required.
• Experience leading large hourly production teams through front-line supervisors.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production supervisors and teams across a multi-shift operation.
• Drive safety initiatives and ensure compliance with standards.
• Establish and achieve targets related to quality, productivity, delivery and cost.
• Manage hiring, coaching, performance management and employee development.
• Develop departmental budgets and manage operating and capital expenditures.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, 5S and Kaizen initiatives.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, engineering and supply chain teams to improve plant performance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce waste and improve results.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
