Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• 3+ years in a Plant Manager or senior operations leadership role.
• Experience managing supervisors and multi-shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency goals are met.
• Develop and implement production programs such as training, safety, etc.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing waste and improving throughput.
