Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering or related discipline is required.
• Minimum of 10 years related experience in a manufacturing environment with progressive responsibility.
• Ability to manage a large, multi-departmental facility and lead a senior Plant Leadership Team.
• Continuous Improvement training and/or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Strong business acumen with ability to read financial reports and statements.
• Proven leadership to motivate a diverse workforce and make timely decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Safety leadership and driving world-class safety performance.
• Schedule, delegate, and supervise Plant Leadership Team to meet production and cost objectives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee production schedules and production control for timely delivery.
• Identify improvements to increase productivity and quality, reduce waste.
• Plan optimal use of materials, machinery, and staff for profitability.
• Operate within budget and manage capital and resources.
• Develop and mentor plant associates and build capability.
• Coordinate with HR on talent plans, succession, and performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement culture and EHS focus.
