Job summary

Movement Search and Delivery in Worcester, MA is seeking a Plant Manager to lead Forge, CNC Machining, Heat Treat, NDT, and Shipping. You will own the production plan, drive safety, cost reductions, and throughput while achieving daily and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

BS or higher in engineering or business and 8+ years in heavy manufacturing.
Experience with P&L responsibility and cost reduction initiatives.
Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

Directs all manufacturing functions across Forge, CNC, Heat Treat, and Shipping.
Drive safety initiatives to prevent accidents and lower DART Rate.
Generate and execute plans to reduce overall costs.
Develop strategies to meet daily to quarterly targets.
Ensure quality standards and optimized manufacturing procedures.
Identify opportunities to optimize processing and methodologies.
Address operational constraints and implement corrective actions.
Lead toolbox implementation and foster positive employee relations.
