Qualifications

• Experience leading plant operations, safety, quality, and financial performance.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational change.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for plant operations to meet safety, quality, production, on-time delivery, and financial goals.
• Monitor performance via KPIs and drive Lean, Six Sigma, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Develop a high-performing management team through workforce planning and employee development.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, procurement, and commercial to align capacity with business needs.
