Position Overview

The Plant Manager will oversee daily operations, lead a multi‑shift workforce, and drive improvements across safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. This individual will play a key role in rebuilding team alignment, strengthening leadership, and improving overall operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team across a manufacturing facility
• Drive operational performance across production, quality, and delivery metrics
• Improve workforce planning, productivity, and process efficiency
• Foster a strong, accountable, and team‑oriented culture
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, KPIs, and performance reporting
