Salary: Current salary range targeted at $150,000 to $195,000.

Overview

A fast-growing advanced manufacturing company is seeking aPlant Managerto lead daily production operations and help scale manufacturing from a prototype facility to a new 100,000 sq. ft. production plant.

This is a highly visible, hands‑on leadership role responsible for daily production, safety, quality, labor efficiency, and developing a growing manufacturing team. The Plant Manager will play a critical role in launching the new facility while building the operating systems needed to support rapid expansion.

Preferred Background

Experience in one or more of the following industries:

• Advanced manufacturing
• Automotive
• Aerospace
• Industrial equipment
• Modular or off‑site construction
• High‑mix / low‑volume manufacturing
• Industrial production or assembly
• Lean, Six Sigma, TWI, MES, or factory software experience is a plus.
