• Plan tactical objectives, projects and budget; participate in investment spending.
• Ensure compliance with Grupo Bimbo standards and internal policies.
• Promote best practices and document implementation in the plant.
• Manage resources from materials supply to finished product delivery.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Engage with authorities and agencies at federal, state and local levels.
