Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or food production.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 6S, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence.
• Knowledge of SQF, GMP, HACCP, and FSMA preferred.
• Experience working in multi-shift operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet schedules and customer requirements.
• Supervise second-shift personnel to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency goals.
• Ensure proper staffing and resource allocation to support operational needs.
• Monitor production processes and equipment performance to minimize downtime and maximize output.
• Review production reports and shift performance results.
