You will coach and develop team members, manage staffing, monitor equipment performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while upholding SQF, GMP, HACCP and FSMA standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing (or related field) preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or food production.
• Experience with Lean, 6S, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence.
• Knowledge of SQF, GMP, HACCP, and FSMA preferred.
• Ability to adapt across shifts and departments.

Aufgaben

• Organize, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet schedules.
• Supervise second-shift personnel to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency goals.
• Ensure proper staffing and resource allocation to support operational needs.
• Monitor production processes and equipment performance to minimize downtime and maximize output.
• Review production reports, operating metrics, and shift performance results.
• Lead safety initiatives and enforce OSHA policies.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Promote and maintain 5S standards throughout the production area.
