Barcel USA LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Second Shift in Bethlehem, PA. You will lead a team to ensure safe, efficient production, quality results, and regulatory compliance in a food manufacturing setting.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and continuous improvement, with a focus on 6S, Lean, and performance metrics to drive results. Strong communication and safety leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or food production.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 6S, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence.
• Experience with SQF, GMP, HACCP and FSMA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Organize, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet schedules and customer requirements.
• Supervise second-shift production personnel to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency goals.
• Ensure proper staffing and resources to support operational needs.
• Monitor production processes and equipment to minimize downtime and maximize output.
• Review production reports, KPIs, and shift performance results.
