Job summary

Barcel USA LLC in Bethlehem, PA seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the maintenance department, coordinate activities, manage teams and ensure equipment reliability.

You will plan, schedule and supervise maintenance and repair work, drive safety and cost control, and deliver KPIs for uptime, throughput, and quality. Strong leadership, organization and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineer degree or related trainings.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to read English and follow written procedures.
• Team-oriented with safety awareness.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Directs workers and assists in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery maintenance.
• Interprets policies to workers and enforces OSHA safety regulations.
• Interprets blueprints and assigns duties to workers.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Prepare priorities for upcoming shift and communicate issues cross-functionally.
• Lead KPIs for throughput, safety, and cost; oversee scheduling.
• Develop Associates through onboarding, training, and feedback.
• Ensure safety goals and compliance with standards and regulations.
