Job summary

Quality Talent Group is recruiting for a leadership role in the mining and raw materials production sector. The candidate will oversee planning, directing, and coordinating mining operations to ensure quality outputs and safe practices.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years' experience in aggregate mining or related fields, with preferred SAP exposure. You will drive production strategies and manage the team to optimize productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years aggregate mining and related raw materials plant production experience.
• Computer proficiency required.
• SAP experience would be a plus.
• Must adhere to all safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to plan, direct, organize, coordinate and control the mining of raw materials.
• Ensure an appropriate quality product is made at the Plant.
• Develop mining and production strategies and tactics.
• Analyze and monitor production efficiency / productivity.
• Manage the performances of subordinate personnel.
