Quality Talent Group is recruiting for a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor in Colorado. The role focuses on supervising process and hourly staff, maintaining plant safety, and ensuring product quality in compliance with ISO standards.

You will oversee process efficiency, implement corrective actions for production issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3-5 years in manufacturing operations.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of processing methods and appropriate planning techniques.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the plant safety program.
• Supervise process and hourly employees.
• Ensure ISO quality and environmental standards are met.
• Assure that a consistent, quality product is produced.
• Take corrective action for production problems.
