Job summary

Quality Talent Group, on behalf of its client, seeks a Plant Operations Leader in the mining and materials industry. You will oversee production, safety, and quality, driving continuous improvement and leading a team of supervisors to meet production targets.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, safety adherence, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years of equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years Aggregate Mining and related Raw Materials Plant Production experience.
• Field of Study Preferred: Mining Engineering, Management.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Personal Protection Equipment.
• Must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face for fit tests.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to plan, direct, organize, coordinate and control operations.
• Ensure appropriate quality product is made at the Plant.
• Analyze and monitor production efficiency / productivity.
• Develop mining and production strategies to raise productivity levels.
• Manage performances of subordinate personnel and delegate responsibilities.
