Job summary

Unknown Client seeks a Plant Production Leader to oversee mining and related raw materials operations at a major facility. The role directs planning, staffing, and scheduling to ensure safe, efficient production and optimal inventory levels.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years in aggregate mining and related plant production, strong computer skills, and familiarity with SAP and PPE protocols. You will coordinate with the site crew to sustain high throughput and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-7 years Aggregate Mining and related Raw Materials Plant Production experience.
• Computer proficiency required.
• SAP experience would be a plus.
• Adherence to all safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to plan, direct, organize, coordinate and control mining and production.
• Ensure proper staffing and monitor inventory status at the Plant.
• Analyze and monitor production efficiency and productivity.
• Initiate programs for production and scheduling to maintain safe operations.
• Communicate with site crew and supervise team to maintain production and efficiency.
