Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Plant Production Manager for a leading mining and materials operation in the United States. This role focuses on planning, directing, and coordinating mining and production activities, ensuring safety and efficiency across the plant.

You will oversee staffing, monitor inventory, analyze production metrics, and implement scheduling programs. Strong computer skills required; SAP experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years aggregate mining and related raw materials plant production experience.
• Computer proficiency required.
• SAP experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide the necessary leadership to plan, direct, organize, coordinate and control mining and production.
• Ensure proper staffing and monitor inventory status at the Plant.
• Analyze and monitor production efficiency / productivity.
• Initiate and implement production and scheduling related programs that maintain safe operations.
• Communicate with site crew and supervise team to maintain production and efficiency.
